“If you have the right anchor and a strong set of values, you can always stay pointed in the right direction, even in difficult times.”
Adam’s Role at Marshall Financial
Have you ever wondered who digs into the research and analytics it takes to develop an investment plan that can turn dreams into reality? At Marshall Financial, it’s likely to be Adam Reinert, Chief Investment Officer. Adam, and the investment team, are responsible for the portfolio modeling, investment due diligence and the ongoing monitoring of capital market and economic data – an important function that impacts nearly all Marshall Financial clientele. This work, performed in collaboration with our Wealth Advisors, helps make reaching a client’s personal vision possible.
“When I attend a meeting with one of our clients, it might be the first time they’re working with me directly,” he says. “But it’s definitely not the first time I’ve worked on their behalf.”
Adam also serves as our Chief Operating Officer, helping to develop strategies and initiatives that are good for the firm and good for our clients.
Get to Know Adam
Adam is described by those who know him as knowledgeable, dedicated, empathetic and understanding. Adam believes “it’s never wrong to do the right thing,” and that adage guides his work as both CIO and COO. “When you get to know people as individuals—whether it’s our clients or co-workers—it’s easy to do what’s best for them,” he says.
Adam is a big believer in continuous development and giving back. He attended the Schwab Executive Leadership Program, learning a lot about running a successful business and forming new, valued relationships. He volunteers his time offering guidance to owners of new and emerging businesses through an entrepreneurship program run jointly by Delaware Valley University and the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce.
Though he grew up playing ice hockey and didn’t mind the cold back then, now Adam would much rather spend time on a warm beach with his wife and two sons.
