Marshall Financial Group Named Among the Best Places to Work by Central Penn Business Journal and Lehigh Valley Business

Marshall Financial Group (“Marshall”), a financial advisory firm, is thrilled to be recognized as one of the best places to work in Pennsylvania in 2023 by Central Penn Business Journal and Lehigh Valley Business. This marks Marshall’s second consecutive year recognized in the small employer category, and was ranked 7th on the list, an improvement from 9th in 2022.

“We’re truly honored to receive this recognition from the Central Penn Business Journal and Lehigh Valley Business,” said Marshall’s President & Senior Wealth Advisor, Paula Nangle CFP®. “Being named one of the Best Places to Work in 2023 highlights our firm’s positive culture and our deep dedication to serving our clients. It’s a testament to our team’s commitment to creating an environment where employees and clients feel valued and supported.”

Best Places to Work in PA identifies, recognizes, and honors the best places of employment in Pennsylvania in three categories: small employers (15-99 employees), medium employers (100- 249), and large employers (250 or more). To be considered, companies must be a publicly or privately held business; be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or government entity; have a facility in the state of Pennsylvania; have at least 15 full- or part-time employees working in Pennsylvania; and be in business a minimum of one year.

“The 2023 Best Places to Work in PA honorees know what it means to create a culture in their

organizations that result in teamwork and excellence. They are champions of business who

know that the people in their companies are the keys to their success,” said Suzanne Fischer-

Huettner, managing director of BridgeTower Media, parent company to Central Penn Business Journal and Lehigh Valley Business.

The rankings were determined through a two-part evaluation process. The first part assessed workplace policies, practices, and demographics, contributing to 25% of the evaluation. The second part involved an employee survey, accounting for 75% of the total, measuring the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies, with the final rankings unveiled at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square on December 7, 2023 during the awards ceremony.
