Devon’s Role at Marshall Financial

Devon was ready for a career change when she applied for an opportunity with Marshall Financial. “Growing up in Doylestown, I’d walked past the office many times,” she says. She joined the firm as our receptionist and was quickly drawn to the client-service side of the business, earning her Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP™) designation and becoming a Client Care Specialist. Soon after, her marketing and graphic design background was put to use by taking on the role of Marketing Associate.

Devon supports the firm’s marketing plans through project management and developing content for social media, blogs, and other promotional programs. She works closely with Marshall’s strategic marketing partner and develops new opportunities for Marshall to connect with and support the local Bucks County community. Additionally, she coordinates all event planning for both clients of the firm and Marshall’s team.  

Get to Know Devon

Devon is passionate and motivated—the kind of person who puts a great deal of herself into her work—and that’s something her colleagues and clients appreciate. “When I came back from maternity leave in 2021, hearing my coworkers say how excited they were to have me back was the best compliment I could ever receive!” she says.  

Devon recently took up calligraphy and finds the craft relaxing. “The sound of the pen on paper is almost meditative,” she says. Her most ambitious project was a watercolor painting of a rainbow for her baby’s nursery, with “Sweet Dreams” overlaid in calligraphy. She’s also an avid reader who was fortunate to meet her favorite author, Stephanie Perkins, at a Doylestown Bookshop signing.
