Nicholas Pileggi, CFP®

Senior Wealth Advisor

I try to put myself in our client’s shoes and understand what’s important to them. For me, it’s about listening first.”

Nick’s Role at Marshall Financial

As a Senior Wealth Advisor, Nick spends much of his time listening to his clients’ concerns and hopes for the future and translating those needs into a plan of action. While his role often involves in-depth analysis and modeling, it’s all about developing the strategies needed to help our clients create the lifestyle they desire.

“Wealth management is a balance between the emotional side—understanding each client, who they are, how they feel—and the numbers,” Nick says. “The best decision isn’t black and white. It comes down to giving each client personalized options that work for them.”

Nick works with clients across a wide spectrum of age and occupation, yet he finds most have one thing in common: They have an idea of where they want to go, but they need guidance on how to get there. “When it comes to how to achieve what they want in life, I like to help them expand their horizons,” he says.

Get to Know Nick

Nick gets a real sense of satisfaction from helping people—whether it’s a young adult looking to lay a foundation for the future or a family getting closer to retirement. Clients appreciate that he makes complex concepts easy to understand and explains the “why” behind a recommendation. “And I always give the clients the floor first,” he says. “It’s a helpful way to set a solid footing for a long-term relationship.”

Nick is a first-generation Italian-American who’s traveled to Italy to meet his relatives. I’ve visited Calabria, where my family is from, as well as other destinations like Capri, Positano, Sicily, and Rome,” he says. Outside of work, sports are usually on the agenda, whether it’s playing in a recreational soccer league or cheering his favorite Philly teams. He also enjoys spending time with his friends and family.
