It’s a privilege to work with such a dedicated and supportive team, and this recognition is a testament to our shared values.”

Marshall Financial President & Senior Wealth Advisor, Paula Nangle, CFP®, accepting the Best Places to Work in PA award.

The Best Places to Work in PA program identifies and celebrates top employers across the state in three categories: small employers (15-99 employees), medium employers (100-249 employees), and large employers (250 or more employees). Eligible companies must operate in Pennsylvania, have at least 15 employees, and have been in business for at least one year.

The rankings are based on a rigorous two-part evaluation process. The first part assesses workplace policies, practices, and demographics, accounting for 25% of the score. The second part is an employee survey, which makes up 75% of the score, measuring employee satisfaction and engagement. The final rankings were announced at an awards ceremony at the Lancaster Marriott at Penn Square on December 12, 2024.
