Wealth Advisor

I’ve always had a growth mindset about my own life, and I take the same approach in working with my clients to help them realize their highest potential.”

Matt’s Role at Marshall Financial

Joining Marshall Financial as a Wealth Advisor, Matt brings a wealth of knowledge from multiple roles and years of experience at Vanguard. By providing financial advisory services to high net worth individuals and consulting with clients with a variety of objectives, he has developed a strength in understanding what his clients hope to achieve and creating recommendations that help them reach their goals.

Working closely with our senior advisors, Matt’s goal is to build long-term relationships with clients and help develop sound solutions to the complex situations that life often presents—always with the objective of ensuring every client obtains the best possible outcomes. “It’s a great opportunity to leverage my strong skills and background in financial planning and consulting for the benefit of Marshall Financial clients,” he says.

Get to Know Matt

Matt takes pride in trying to exceed his clients’ expectations. “I like to go above and beyond what’s expected, and that comes from the gratitude I feel when people are happy and succeeding,” he says.

Matt enjoys helping his clients look through a longer-term lens to better understand how the steps they take today can help them achieve a positive outcome tomorrow. “It’s easy to focus on the short term; I like to help people see the full picture,” he says.

A native of Pittsburgh, Matt moved to Philadelphia after college and finally gained a local basketball team to root for, prompting him to name his cat after renowned 76ers guard Shake Milton. During the pandemic, Matt turned his love of music into a new hobby—serving as the resident DJ for family and friends’ events. “I like providing a unique experience, setting a mood, and expressing myself in a different way,” he says.
