Fraud & Lockbox Information

Cybercrime and fraud are serious threats. Most email is sent unencrypted making it easy for hackers to intercept, read, and/or steal personal information.

In an effort to protect your information we strongly encourage you to use the Lockbox; the secure online client portal provided as part of our service. The Lockbox provides a safe way to send personal or confidential information such as documents with your signature, account numbers, social security numbers and tax returns.

If you are not sure if you have access to the Lockbox, or if you’ve forgotten your password please contact Devon Radkins (dradkins@marshallfinancial.com or 215.348.9393) for assistance.

Click the video below for a walk-through on how to upload and access files in the Lockbox.

You can access your Lockbox on the home-page of our website.

For additional tips for preventing fraud, there is a post on the website you can access here.
