Strike Out Cancer Night – August 28, 2024
This year, the Lehigh Valley IronPigs will host their annual Strike Out Cancer Night on August 28th, continuing their tradition of themed nights and community outreach. This event highlights the power of community collaboration in supporting cancer research and patient care. Over the past seven years, Strike Out Cancer Night has raised more than $100,000 for cancer nonprofits.
In a moving tribute, hundreds of cancer survivors will be honored guests at the game, with a moment of silence to remember those who have lost their battle. Our team will be remembering our beloved coworkers Dee Evans and Jeanne Robinson. This year also introduces Emily’s Hug Mee Drive, where fans can donate Squishmallows to children battling cancer at Lehigh Valley Reilly Children’s Hospital, offering comfort to young patients.

Bucks County Classic – September 8, 2024
Get ready for a weekend filled with excitement as the Bucks County Classic takes center stage. This premier bike race, woven into the fabric of the Doylestown Arts Festival, offers something for everyone. Whether you’re a professional cyclist, an amateur enthusiast, or simply a fan of the sport, this event promises exhilarating races, artisan crafts, live entertainment, and delectable food.
Marshall Financial is proud to sponsor this long-standing event, and we are especially excited to be the presenting sponsor for “Wheelie Wednesdays” and “Ride the Course.” These initiatives are designed to engage budding cyclists and provide a unique opportunity to experience the racecourse first-hand. Dan Brown’s 2024 “Bullseye” Memorial Golf Tournament – October 4th, 2024
Marshall Financial is proud to support the Dan Brown “Bullseye” Memorial Golf Tournament on Friday, October 4th, 2024, at The Bucks Club in Jamison. The annual golf outing is held in memory of Dan Brown, late son of retired Marshall team member, Julie Picariello. This event raises funds for the Bucks County Suicide Prevention Task Force, which provides crucial support, education, and awareness to prevent suicide and reduce the associated stigma. We encourage everyone to join us in honoring Dan’s memory and supporting this important cause. The deadline to register is September 30th.
In addition to supporting the Task Force, a portion of the funds raised will be awarded as a scholarship to a Central Bucks West Football player who embodies the qualities that made Dan such a beloved teammate – talent, selflessness, and a strong work ethic. This scholarship will honor a player who, like Dan, lifts his teammates up with laughter, loyalty, and brotherly love. Join us for a day of golf, camaraderie, and remembrance as we come together to make a positive impact in our community.
