Allison is especially interested in helping women who may have been daunted, overwhelmed, or even bored by numbers and finances to instead enjoy the planning process and feel empowered and engaged. “It’s too important—and too much fun, when it’s done right,” she says. “I want everyone—women included—to feel comfortable with their financial lives.”

She loves the relationship building with clients, and developing the trust that’s needed to help people achieve their life goals. Her big thrill is watching a plan come together to support a client’s dream. “Someone comes in who has worked hard their whole life, but who is still worried about how it’s all going to come out. We listen, we ask, we do everything we can to really understand their life goals, and what they’re willing to do to achieve them. Then we take all the pieces—the income, the taxes, the retirement plans—and we can show them how to make that vision happen.

“There is nothing like seeing their reactions—their happiness—when they realize it’s all possible.”

Although Allison grew up in South Jersey, she is a Philly sports fan and currently lives in the City of Brotherly Love. She also enjoys running, traveling with her family, and spending time at the lake.
