Dina’s Role at Marshall Financial

Long-time clients may know Dina from her first role at Marshall Financial, handling the front desk. Since receiving her paraplanner designation in 2007, Dina has focused on client service as job one. She works closely with an assigned set of clients—handling paperwork, answering questions, and making sure we implement the financial plans that can help take them where they want to go in life. 

“I get to know our clients, and they get to know me,” she says. “If they’re anxious about something, I’m anxious for them. If they’re happy about something, I’m happy right along with them.”  Dina’s clients and coworkers especially value her reliability, attention to detail, and laser focus.

Dina joined the firm after gaining experience with a major life insurance company, giving her a strong foundation in some of the strategies our Wealth Advisors may recommend, like annuities.

Get to Know Dina

To say that clients trust Dina to go the extra mile might be an understatement. When one of our clients was robbed in Italy, the first person she called was Dina—who immediately emailed a duplicate copy of the passport she’d left with us and got a replacement credit card sent by overnight mail. “No matter what I do, I give it 110%,” she says. “And I always treat people like I would want to be treated.”

Dina is an avid reader who can easily finish a book a week, gravitating toward thrillers. “I like shows like Dateline and Criminal Minds for the same reason—it’s fun to guess who did it,” she says. She also enjoys cooking, whether it’s following a recipe or coming up with her own creations.
